Great location, lovely staff, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, central location, clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette that had everything I needed to cook meals. I loved the nice big windows which let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I couldn't have asked for more.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean and well-maintained. Helpful staff: The staff were always nice, smiling, and helpful. Good amenities: The hotel facilities were modern and well-designed.

The spacious room with a double bed and two singles was perfect for our group of four adults. We loved having private access to the apartment and the two bathrooms were a great convenience. The serene garden view from our room was a lovely touch. The private parking was a huge plus, and the modern, comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep. We highly recommend this hotel for its unique features and superb comfort!

The location of this hotel is fantastic and ideal for exploring the city. It is really near to the outmost tourist places and close to the city center. it is near the main sights of Krakow, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are lovely and clean, with modern decor and nice beds. The staff at reception are also friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

There was maintenance work going on during our stay. This meant that we were woken up by loud drilling from 9 am till 5 pm, which was not ideal for a relaxing holiday.

We loved the spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for business guests who want to prepare their own meals. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel also offers a convenient parking garage with a remote for easy access, and the location is just a short 10-minute walk from the central square.

Street parking can be expensive and the parking machines only accept certain payment methods. It would also be beneficial to have more pillows and a microwave oven in the room.
